  Very straight to the point, options explained very well. Completed the work required on my three year old very well. I was pleased with the outcome. Staff always friendly and helpful.

  I love how straight to the point Ivo is, in a fun way though! Who would have thought going to the dentist would actually be fun!? The staff is amazing as always. Greeted with a smile and a how are you by the ladies out front. Nicole, the dental assistant is always making jokes and bantering with the dentist to lighten the situation, of course while staying professional. Josie is always so informative, gentle & kind. We really are going to miss you guys!

  Its always like meeting family when I arrive and they always treat me with the utmost respect and courteously while they go about their business. I like to ask questions and they seem only too happy to explain anything to me and/or even calling my dental insurance company to find out my share of the cost of repairs before the work is scheduled or done. I have had revisits or touch ups on previous work done that I was never billed for. All in all a great dental clinic in all regards.

  Despite several reminders, I forgot my appointment but the staff was on the ball and called me up. I was able to get the work done even though I was late. I always look forward to seeing Josie, the hygienist. She does a great job.
